Directions:
1. Open 1 sachet and expose the patch to air.2. Remove the protective backing and place on clothing/underwear over the affected area (Do Not Apply Directly To The Skin). The patch will take approximately 45 minutes to reach the optimum heat.
3. Do not open the sachet until you are ready to use it, as the patch is activated with air.
Caution Warnings:
- For external use only. Use only as directed on the instructions.
- Not Suitable for exceptionally sensitive skin.
