Method of Use of Acu-Fit Acupuncture stop smoking aid

Program 1: against stress, anxiety, and nervous state 2 minutes 3 times each day, every morning, midday and evening.

Advised to fight exam nerves, stage fright, use Acu-Fit 10 minutes before the tests or the stage show. When stressed, upset, emotionally touched, use Acu-Fit 3 or 4 times every day.

Instructions :

Switching on

Press the ON button to switch on the Acu-Fit. All the diodes flash twice, then light up.

Choose your programme: Stress, appetite control, anti-smoking

Press the MODE button (on the left) to select your program (3 programs to choose from). A diode flashes to confirm your choice.

Note: Acu-Fit has a memory function that automatically records the last program you have chosen. If you do not press the MODE button, the program chosen by default will be the one you last used.

Choose the intensity

Press the INTENSITY button (on the right) to select the level of intensity you want (4 levels of intensity to choose from). A diode flashes to confirm your choice.

Note: Acu-Fit has a memory function that automatically records the last level of intensity you have chosen. If you do not press the INTENSITY button, the level of intensity chosen by default will be the one you last used.

The diodes flash 3 times after you have chosen the program and the level of intensity. The 2 diodes for your program and intensity continue to flash to show that Acu-Fit is still switched on.

Acu-Fit stops automatically after 2 minutes and the diodes switch off.

Place the device around your right wrist (inner side of the wrist, buckle at the top). Adjust the contacts on the acupuncture points (fig 2). Tighten the strap and adjust the closure of the strap, with the buckle on the outer side of the wrist.

Batteries

Make sure you place the 2 included batteries in the Acu-Fit in order to replace the 2 dummy batteries which are already in the device.

Use a small Philips screwdriver to unscrew one of the screws on the inner face of the device (red slot, fig 3). Slide the cover above it to the centre of the device, fig 4. Position the 2 CR 2032 3V batteries one on the top of the other with the + side facing you, then replace the cover.
